Objectif général :

The improvement of living conditions and opportunities for socio-economic development for the local population in the disadvantaged and remote rural areas of the governorates of Sidi Bouzid, Kairouan, Kasserine, Jendouba, and Siliana.

Objectif spécifique :

Providing infrastructure and implementing measures for the storage, fairer and sustainable distribution and more efficient and productive use of valuable water resources. Additionally, the increased capture, storage and use of surface run-off water due to improved water reservoirs will reduce the pressure on scarce groundwater resources (resource protection) in the above-mentioned regions
